LEVEL 1
All about learning the basics. In this class, you’ll focus on mastering core movements, building strength, and improving flexibility—all at a pace that’s perfect for beginners. The instructor will guide you step-by-step, making sure you feel confident and comfortable during class. It’s low-impact, easy to follow, and designed to help you build a strong foundation for your Pilates journey.


LEVEL 2
Takes things up a notch. This class builds on the fundamentals. Here you will be introduced to more dynamic movements, faster transitions and increased resistance that challenges your strength, balance, and control. You’ll explore creative sequences that target your core, tone muscles, and improve flexibility while keeping your energy up. Perfect for those who have the basics down and are ready to push their limits in a fun, next level workout!
